For your Breasts

It often seems that women with big, plump breasts are instantly rated sexy and attractive, making their flat-breasted counterparts seek ways to enhance what they've got. When it comes to breast enlargement, invasive procedures or breast implants are more popular than any other solutions. Other less-costly ways to make breasts look bigger include using push-up brassieres, breast supports, proper clothing, makeup techniques, massage and exercises to firm up the chest muscles. All of these methods work, but it takes time for most of them to take effect.

 Tricks to Enhance Your Breasts

Wear a push-up bra with lined cups to help boost your breasts. Choose one with a firm strap that will help lift your breasts from the front as you fasten it. You can also try twisting the part between the bra cups in order to squeeze your breasts together, making them look bigger.

Use makeup to make your breasts look rounder and fuller. Prepare a blush that is the same shade as your skin tone. Brush your chosen shade onto the upper curving outline of your breasts, using a thick brush. The stroke of your brush should be done in a side-to-side, wiper-like motion. Make sure to keep both sides even. Then get a thinner brush and apply a slightly lighter shade on the center (where your cleavage is), using up-and-down strokes. Experiment until you get the look you desire.

Doll up with the right type of clothing. Go for tops that will accentuate your breasts, such as tube tops. Tube tops not only show the fullness of your breasts, but also throw emphasis onto your neckline and shoulders. Avoid tops with round and plunging necklines, as they will only make your breasts look smaller.

Put on a little weight. Breasts are known to store fat, so flat breasts will get fuller with a little added fat. But make sure to go slowly and keep your diet in balance, if you consider doing this method.

Go invasive. Breast implants are the fastest way to own a bigger set of breasts. There is no need to cross your fingers and hope for it to work; it is an instant process that will surely enhance your breast size. But be cautious when choosing the surgeon to handle your surgery. Pick the most experienced one to avoid complications. And, if you do opt for a cosmetic surgery, you'll need to save up a lot of money.

Exercises to Help Increase Breast Size

Execute palm presses. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart for a wider base of support. Elevate your arms sideways, up to the level of your shoulders. Flex your elbows toward you so that your forearms are positioned in front of you. Clasp your hands together, while maintaining the position of your arms. Then press your palms together until you feel a contraction on your breasts. Press 15 times and then relax. Do three sets of 15 repetitions every day for optimum results.

Perform wall push-ups. Stand upright, facing a wall. Extend both your arms and rest your palms against the wall. The distance between your arms should be 1 to 2 inches wider than your shoulder-width to provide stability when executing the procedure. Make sure that your arms are properly positioned at shoulder level. Inhale as you carefully lean your body forward until your face is almost touching the wall. Then exhale as you slowly bring you body back to the starting position. Repeat 10 to 15 times, then relax.

Do the inclined chest press. You can do this exercise by lifting a barbell (either alone or with some attached barbell plates). Start by lying flat on your back on an inclined bench-press seat. Make sure that your back is upright and properly positioned on the back rest. Your feet should be flat on the floor to provide stability. Then carefully lift the barbell off the rack. Inhale as you gradually lower it to about 3 inches above your collar bone (or clavicle). Exhale as you push the barbell back up. Repeat 10 to 15 times, then relax. Don't let the barbell come into contact with your upper chest as you lower it down. Make your motion smooth and rhythmic all the way to avoid straining your muscles. Always have someone spotting you when doing chest press exercises.

Do the lying dumbbell press. Prepare two dumbbells, each weighing 2.5 to 3 lbs. Lie flat on your back on an exercise mat with a dumbbell in each hand. Carefully extend your arms to the sides at shoulder level and position your hands with your palms facing up while holding the dumbbells. Inhale as you slowly elevate both your arms to lift the dumbbells up in front of you. Then exhale as you lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat 10 to 15 times, then relax. Make sure that your elbows are slightly flexed and that you keep your arms at shoulder level throughout the exercise.

Execute the dumbbell butterfly press. Prepare two dumbbells, each weighing 2.5 to 3 lbs. Sit on a sturdy chair with your back firmly resting on the back rest. Lift your chest up without overarching your back, and place your feet flat on the floor. Position your arms at the sides of your body with a dumbbell in each hand. Inhale as you slowly raise the dumbbells up to shoulder level (your palms must be facing downward as you do the lifting). Then exhale as you lower the dumbbells back down. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times, three times a week.
